耐磨氧化鋁瓷球是采用精選優(yōu)質(zhì)原料，先進(jìn)的冷等靜壓成型技術(shù)，經(jīng)過高溫煅燒而成的高品質(zhì)磨介。本產(chǎn)品具有高硬度、高密度、低磨耗、規(guī)整度好、耐腐蝕等特點(diǎn)，是超細(xì)研磨設(shè)備最理想的高效研磨介質(zhì)。
為了滿足國(guó)內(nèi)外客戶對(duì)不同檔次產(chǎn)品的需求，我公司開發(fā)出了不同價(jià)格和檔次的產(chǎn)品：
（1）高鋁球（92%Al2O3）適用于釉料的研磨，產(chǎn)品直徑范圍為0.5-70mm。

a:中高鋁系列瓷球和襯磚（AI2O3含量超過75%），適合于釉料和超白磚胚體研磨
b：高鋁礬土系列瓷球和襯磚（65%AI2O3），取代天然球石用于陶瓷磚胚體研磨，可以提高效率，降低使用成本。我公司產(chǎn)品嚴(yán)格按照ISO9001標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系生產(chǎn)管理，質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定。產(chǎn)品除國(guó)內(nèi)銷售，還出口到24個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)，深受國(guó)內(nèi)外客戶的歡迎。

（2）上述參數(shù)是典型的測(cè)試結(jié)果，實(shí)際產(chǎn)品稍有波動(dòng)。
【注意事項(xiàng)】
當(dāng)整個(gè)球磨機(jī)都換成新的瓷球球磨釉料時(shí)，建議先加水空轉(zhuǎn)2小時(shí)，將水倒出后再放入釉料球磨，這樣做可以消除球磨機(jī)內(nèi)雜志和瓷球表面不平對(duì)釉料的影響。
